Mu Alpha Theta (MAΘ) is the national mathematics honor society for high school students. Here at PHUHS, we practice weekly to compete at regional and statewide FAMAT competitions. At these competitions, students participate in individual tests, and select members compete in team tests. In addition, club members can participate in scrapbooking, tutoring, and other miscellaneous events aimed to enhance mathematical appreciation and comprehension.
